INJURY AND ILLNESS

One of the best ways to monitor the amount of sports nutrition supplements you need is to watch the resting heart rate each morning. It is the key to what is going on in your body regarding infection.
Take your heart rate for one minute before getting out of bed. Take it daily to monitor changes.
JOINT FLEXIBLITY AND FLUIDITY
One of the main reasons for stiffness is abusing protein. Some athletes take 400-500 grams per day.
This devastates the PH. Bones must give up their minerals to buffer the blood PH. You in turn are getting fewer minerals and are more likely to get injured.
Red Meat is mostly what many athletes are consuming, who are getting this much protein. It causes lactic acid due to the waste products.
To get back on track Dr. Marshall recommends cutting down on the amount of protein to no more than 1 gram per kilogram of body weight.
The HCL detox kit (hydrocholoric acid), digest caps (enzymes), DHLA and Green Tea will help reduce the waste products and get connective tissue loosened back up.
The second issue with joint fluidity is the overloading of the kidneys, liver and gallbladder.
If you have tightness in the neck and deep in the connective tissue, it is due to a weak liver.
If you are weak in the great muscles such as the hamstrings you do not have optimal kidney function. Detoxing the kidneys will free the sinews.
Dr. Marshall suggests you detox the kidneys, liver and gallbladder and with fewer toxins in your connective tissues you can return to great power and flexibility.
One last thing he suggests is using a clarisonic device for toxic tight muscles. You can also use the pain relief cream and attar for that individual. He states this is fast and easy and will really loosen you up.
RECOVERY: LACTIC ACID
For the best performance Dr. Marshall recommends the Super Food Trio. This include Coral Calcium, EFA oil, and Greens Mix.
Getting your PH balanced is one of the foundations for good performance. If you are using EFA oil while traveling this is great, because your body always used the good oil first. If your diet is not the best on the road this will help.
Brain complex- with phosfitals will reduce recovery time up to 50%. It is very critical in intense training to use this supplement.
Green tea outperforms all the other antioxidants per unit, but does not get very free radical like Green Tea. Together along B-complex you have a powerhouse of supplements.
He still says the best way to clear lactic acid is sleep and exercise.
