AN XL-ENT WORKOUT
BOB XL (Extra Large Body Opponent Bag) is, in my opinion, the best piece of equipment you can
purchase to take your game to the next level. If you want to get those strikes and punches perfected,
Manufactured by Century, this product remains on the best seller list month after month,
year after year. It is an excellent sparring partner because you can dish it out and not worry that you
will hurt your opponent or that he will get fed up and punch you back.
What is a Body Opponent Bag? It's a freestanding punching bag in the form of a
lifesize mannequin. No need to hang from the ceiling or to hassle with a stand, simply fill the
base with water or sand and you are good to go. When you are through with your workout, roll it back
into the corner or tuck it away in a closet.
Should you want to take the bag to spar with a buddy or bring it along on vacation, just
empty out the water or sand and refill when you get to your destination. It's quick and easy and is
something a heavy bag cannot offer.
Although there are several models of the bag such as the Sparring BOB (BOB Regular) and
Bobby Bully, the child size BOB, the XL version is my favorite and is the one I workout
with. The main reason is that it has a longer torso and includes the groin area so there's
more striking surface area for body shot training as well as kicks.
Along with practicing your kicks, strategic target points, chokes and punches, you can use it for weapons training
and self defense techniques too. One reason it is so versitle is because there are seven height adjustments from 60 inches to 78 inches
tall. I am short so that is a fantastic feature for me.
Weighing in at approximately 270 pounds, the bag is stable and will not slide
or wobble so you can focus on giving your workout all your have instead of worrying that it is going
to move around.
What about quality? Because the Body Opponent Bag is made by Century, you know
it is well made. Century began producing martial art products in 1976 and is today recognized
as the largest supplier of martial arts products in the world. Why? Because they offer excellent
products at reasonable prices and that is something we pass right along to you.
The XL retails for $399.99 and the shipping is normally over
$85. We found a great deal on shipping and share that savings to you. We ship fast too.
How can we do this and why would I?
I wanted to bring the marital arts community a great deal on a
good product, which encourages practice and sharp skills so I
searched for a way to do so and found a great supplier.
Your product is going to come right from Century in Oklahoma
and arrive in 2-6 days depending on where you live.
If popular demand has anything to do with it, BOB XL is the best of the
best when it comes to freestanding bags and I must say, I agree, BOB XL is a hit!
And just because BOB is a dummy, you don't have to be so be sure not to pay too much when
you do make your purchase. Our price is rock bottom and we compliment that with low cost shipping
and courteous and efficient customer care. Look no further and get your xl-ent new sparring partner

most out of your BOB XL training.
If you are looking for a smaller bag that costs less and is still sufficient for good training,
Sparring Bob is an option you might consider.
We have never had a complaint on BOB, in the past 5 years I
have been selling him. The base is sturdy and he holds up to the
rigors of powerful kicks.
The life-like features make him good for target practice. We
have even had some people practice weapons on BOB.
Some martial artist practice their chokes on BOB. They have
also shown it takes more precision to attack BOB XL than the
heavy bag. BOB does not give though like the heavy bag, which
will make for some stronger muscles.
Praises have been made for the versatility as well. BOB can
easily go in a corner and makes a great place to hang your gi,
gloves or jacket, in between workouts!
